Grammar Possessive Pronouns   The Possessive Pronouns are used to replace the Possessive Adjective and the noun at the same time so you don´t have to repeat it again when others already know what you´re talking about. They are:   Personal Subject Possessive Pronoun Example Singular Singular Singular I Mine My car = mine You Yours Your name = yours He His His friend = his She Hers Her dog = hers It Its Its water = its Plural Plural Plural We Ours Our time = ours You Yours Your parents = yours They Theirs Their students = theirs   Now, the examples, as usual.
