Possessive Adjectives

 

The Possessive Adjectives are used to indicate possession of something. They are:

My My name is Mauro. I am a teacher and my students are intelligent

Your Your lesson is not difficult.  Your teacher teaches everything

He

His His lesson is easy. He does his homework

She

Her She is a good girl. Her name is Marsha. Her name is different

Its My dog is cute. Its name is Fluffy

Our Our friends are here. We talk to our friends. They are very happy

Your Your black cars are very beautiful. I drive your black cars

Their They open their room. Their room is large and clean

 

Now that you know the Possessive Adjectives, you can combine them and create a lot of phrases:

 

01. I see your white dog

02. You need my new computer

03. He speaks to her father

04. She wants his hot coffee

05. It knows its beautiful house

06. We call their brothers

07. You open my big box

08. They dream about their new car (when you have a dream, you "dream about" something)

09. I answer her difficult question

10. You laugh because of his funny joke

11. He studies his difficult lesson

12. She cries her precious tears

13. It buries its heavy bone (the dog buries its heavy bone)

14. We fly our big kites

15. You deny their access to the club
