Verb Tense: Simple Past Interrogative (click on the verb to download/listen)

 

In order to form the Simple Past Interrogative, you have to use the auxiliary verb "To do", as in the Simple Present. But as we are dealing with the past, this auxiliary verb must be in the past as well (did). After that, it is quite simple: just add the subject and the main verb in the present tense as the examples below:
